Standing out
Theatre-Hikes Colorado presented my adaptation of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, based on the original novella. Their company enacted my text on garden grounds, surrounded by flowers and plants. This happened Sep. — Oct., 2013, at multiple Botanic Gardens locations, including Denver, Chatfield, Chautatauqua and, particularly, Cherokee Ranch and Castle.
From 2010—11, a professional production of Bored to Death, my one-act play, ran at Vintage Theatre, in a short play festival. The succeeding year, Rocky Mountain Theatre Association recognized Shoeshine Girl as Best Full Length Play, an absolutely lovely present.
Born Fool
Born Fool was a short film that I wrote and directed in 2013.
The Bug Theatre screened it four times and Crossroads Theatre once, between 2014 and 2018.

What’s next for Mark?
For my next project, I’m writing the book to a musical called The Isle of Eigg. It’s the best thing I’ve ever typed because it’s the newest. And just-as-recent is Alley Cat, a radio crime thriller of mine. Soon to be released by Coffee Contrails, a podcast available on iTunes.
